Reserving Campus Space

Students are encouraged to use the Room Reservations system to book spaces for meetings, study spaces and recreation in accordance with Operations policy. 

Students should not book space for classes, seminars, workshops, TF review sessions or other instructional purposes. Logistics for official academic offerings must be coordinated through the Doctoral Programs Office. Students can reach out to a member of the HBS Doctoral team for help.
