Data Use Agreements

All Data Use agreements must be reviewed and signed by the Office for Sponsored Programs (OSP). Please do not sign a company NDA or DUA until it has been reviewed by the OSP. In support of the Data Use Agreements (DUA) Guidance (pdf) and in accordance with the DUA Policy (pdf), Harvard researchers can submit and manage DUA requests through the new Agreement System. In addition, HBS expects all doctoral students to review and be aware of the Information Research Standards and Guidelines , listed here by Baker Library. Students are to abide by the standards of ethically conducted research.
